These Rules and Regulations are in addition to the General Promotion Rules

 

Here are the details of the tournament in Chatham on September 25th at The Players Club of Chatham-Kent, 125 Keil Drive South, Chatham, Ontario, N7M 3H3, 519-397-0705

We will be holding one big tournament, seating everyone for a 10am start.

We will have a breakfast buffet starting at 8am which will include scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit salad, toast hashbrowns...all for $ 7.00.

Lunch will be served which will be either a hamburger or hotdog, macaroni sald, tossed salad and baked beans for $ 7.00

Supper will be a buffet which will have Pasta, rice, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, roast beef, chicken and dessert for $ 10.00

We will have breaks for each meal.

The evening of the 25th we have a band, The Ray Whaling Band, that will be playing all evening, so feel free to stay and play with us that night.

The new Holiday Inn Express in Chatham is accepting reservations for the event on September 25, 2010. The #800 number direct with Holiday Inn Express is not set up to accept reservations until October but the # 800 number I'm supplying is direct to the facility.

ONTARIO Party Poker Summer Points Chase promotion Official Rules and Regulations

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the determinations of World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League, which shall be final. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless WPT Enterprises, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League and its officers, directors, employees, licensees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Promotion.

In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
